The HELITRONIC G 200 is a compact tool grinder that impresses with an innovative machine concept and a floor space of less than 2.3 m². The machine is designed for top-class precision grinding and is suitable for both the production and regrinding of rotationally symmetrical tools.
The machine handles tools in the diameter range of 1 to 125 mm, with a maximum tool length of 235 mm and a tool weight of up to 12 kg. The maximum grinding wheel diameter is 150 mm, providing good flexibility for different types of machining.
The HELITRONIC G 200 is built with a sturdy C-Frame construction combined with a mineral-cast machine bed. The high weight and very rigid construction transforms the high dynamics of the digital drives into low-vibration grinding with very high precision.
The machine is also equipped with a double-ended belt-driven spindle that can carry up to six grinding wheels. The different grinding wheel sets are linked to each spindle along with the associated grinding wheel measurement data, contributing to an efficient and accurate process.
Also available as an option is the Top Loader, a space-saving and cost-effective automation solution that is integrated directly into the machine. Thanks to automatic teaching, set-up times are minimized, and depending on the tool diameter, Top Loader can handle up to 500 tool positions.
