HELITRONIC VISION 400 L with C.O.R.E. technology is an advanced tool grinding machine developed for high-precision production of rotationally symmetrical tools and production parts with complex geometries. The rotating C-axis is equipped with a torque drive, which provides very high accuracy and long service life. The rotating A axis is also designed as a torque motor with a maximum speed of 750 rpm. This provides extended functionality, for example for precise profile grinding and machining of reverse grinds.
The machine is also equipped with a powerful direct-drive motor spindle with a spindle end and liquid cooling. The spindle power is 33 kW, which provides very good capacity for demanding grinding operations with high precision and stability.
