The Fanuc Robodrill is a vertical machining center known for its extreme speed, compact design, and reliability—with over half a million machines installed worldwide. With a tool change time of 0.7 seconds and support for 3-, 4-, or 5-axis simultaneous machining, the Robodrill delivers the shortest cycle times in its class.

The Robodrill α-DiB Plus series is available in models designed for different needs:

  • Standard — Fast and reliable for high-speed drilling, tapping, and milling. Ideal for the tooling and medical industries.
  • Advanced — Expanded capabilities with 5-axis simultaneous machining, a more powerful spindle, and a larger tool turret (up to 4 kg per tool).
  • Plus Y500 — The latest generation features a larger table, more tool stations, and shorter drilling and tapping cycles—all within the same compact footprint.

All Robodrill machines are designed for easy integration with Fanuc robots, making it simple to implement automated machine operation.

Fanuc Robocut is a series of CNC wire EDM machines that cut complex profiles with unmatched precision. Wire EDM uses a thin metal wire and electrical discharge to erode the material—without any mechanical pressure—resulting in cutting and tolerance levels that conventional machining cannot achieve. Robocut machines are used for tool and die manufacturing, punching tools, medical technology, and precision parts in hardened materials.

The α-CiC series is available in three models designed to accommodate workpieces of different sizes:

  • α-C400iC — Compact model optimized for micro-machining. Table travel 400×300 mm, maximum workpiece dimensions 730×630×250 mm, table load capacity up to 500 kg.
  • α-C600iC — Versatile all-purpose machine for medium-sized parts. Table travel 600×400 mm, maximum workpiece dimensions 1,050×820×300 mm, table load capacity up to 1,000 kg.
  • α-C800iC — Large-bed model for large workpieces and multi-part machining.
